• employment / training status
• emergency contact person
• dietary / medical conditions or requirements we need to be aware of
• interactions with us

We collect your personal information in order to:

• confirm your identity and eligibility for the purposes of entering vocational skill competitions.
• keep you safe during vocational skill competitions

If you choose not to provide all requested information, we’ll be unable to register you into any skill competitions.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@worldskills.org.nz.

We keep the personal information we hold safe by storing it in password protected files and only allowing specific staff to access it.
